Our Board of Directors meet once a month to approve new applicants; upon approval, you will be contacted by a member of our staff and/or our membership committee. The cost of membership is $250 per year, and a one time administration fee of $25.00. Please call us with any questions.

In the role of a partnership of area business and professional people, the Greater Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce works to promote a healthy local economy, with increased demand for goods and services that will ultimately benefit every area business. The Chamber hosts a variety of activities and events where you can meet community leaders and other business people who share your interests and concerns. Dinners, meetings, and social functions provide excellent opportunities for networking and development of profitable business relationships

All members benefit from promotion in the Chamber’s monthly on-line newsletter, which provides a forum for your business news and views where advertising space is available at attractive low rates and our web site for “Business Card” ads.

The Chamber receives regular inquiries about the products and services available in our area, which are directly referred to Chamber members only. Members often provide referrals to other members as well.

As a chamber member, you will receive a membership plaque & decal for display, representing a positive image of civic pride and community involvement for your business.

In addition to established programs, the Chamber welcomes new ideas. Our monthly Board of Directors meetings provide for members with a forum for sharing ideas, solving problems and setting goals.  We welcome your input!

The Chamber serves as a liaison between members and government, working with local officials toward common goals and serving as a unified voice on behalf of business.
